Tontoki

The Tontoki don is the rice bowl with thick-cut pork belly basted and grilled with sweet sauce and topped with fried onion. They give generous portion of pork belly. We also tried the Stamina don which consist of thinly sliced pork belly with salty shio sauce. You can also have it in tare (sweet) sauce but we choose the shio because the Tontoki don is already sweet. The lunch set comes with miso soup and a yakult to wash off the oily pork belly. We also tried the gyoza very meaty and tasted good. We ordered their katsu one time and the meat happens to be tough that time. We never tried it again after that.
